Charming decor added to our Parisian experience.
The room was quite small, a common trait for Parisian hotels, but the hardness of the bed made it much less comfortable than expected. The staff's response to our inquiries felt lacking. We even faced unexpected challenges with transportation due to a strike, and when I asked to modify my stay, they offered no flexibility. This disregard for my situation left a bitter taste in my mouth.
